Deputy Head of Primary
Nadine Davis joins GEMS Founders School – Dubai South as the Deputy Head of Primary, bringing extensive leadership experience in Early Years and primary education. She is passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments where children and colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
Throughout her career, Nadine has led significant developments in curriculum design, phonics, assessment, safeguarding, and the transition from Foundation Stage 2 to Year 1. Her leadership has contributed to achieving Outstanding outcomes in both KHDA and BSO inspections, reflecting her commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
Nadine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). She is also a Tribal-trained inspector and is currently completing a Master of Science in Educational Psychology.
Her professional interests include language acquisition, executive function, trauma-informed practice, and bilingual education. In addition to her school leadership roles, Nadine facilitates National Professional Qualification for Early Years Leadership (NPQEYL) programmes and has presented at leading educational conferences, including GESS and BSME.
