Fatima Aamir

Fatima is proud to serve as Digital Innovation Lead at GFD, where she brings over 13 years of teaching experience in Computer Science and IT, alongside a proven track record in educational innovation. Having been part of GEMS Education for seven years, Fatima has contributed widely as a Cluster Education Innovation Lead, driving initiatives that place innovation, STEM, and educational technology at the heart of learning.

Over the course of her career, Fatima has taken on multiple leadership roles, contributing to curriculum development and leading projects that equip students with future-ready skills. She has spearheaded STEM initiatives such as the Electric Vehicle Grand Prix and Greenpower, where students designed, assembled, and raced electric cars. These projects not only enhanced technical learning but also fostered teamwork, resilience, and problem-solving among students.

As a Digital Innovation Lead, Fatima works collaboratively with students, staff, and school leaders to integrate artificial intelligence meaningfully and responsibly into the curriculum. Her focus is on developing innovative approaches that empower educators, inspire creativity, and ensure learners thrive in an AI-driven world.
