Inderjot Singh is a seasoned educational professional with an impressive 24-year career in the education sector. Throughout his career, Inderjot has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills, particularly in handling multi-million Pound European Social Fund contracts for some of the largest colleges and universities in the UK.

In 2016, Inderjot took a significant step forward by founding his own Apprenticeship Training Organisation in the UK. Under his leadership, the organisation has grown to support 1,500 apprentices, providing them with valuable skills and opportunities for their future careers.

Expanding his impact beyond the UK, Inderjot co-founded Small Steps in the UAE. This centre is dedicated to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) access mainstream education. Through a strategic partnership with four GEMS Schools, Small Steps has become a beacon of hope and support for many families, ensuring that children with ASD receive the education and care they deserve.
