Preyanka Sall

Hi! I am Preyanka Sall, but Preya for short!

My passion for education began when I volunteered with a charity in Goa, teaching English and Maths to children in the local community. Their excitement for learning and thirst for knowledge inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a difference in shaping the lives of young people.

I completed my BA Hons at De Montfort University and my PGCE at London Metropolitan University in the UK. Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of working in education across a range of roles, including teaching, curriculum leadership, inclusion, and senior leadership.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about improving teaching and learning, developing teams, and creating inclusive environments where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to achieve their full potential. I believe that strong relationships, collaboration, and high expectations are key to creating successful learning communities.

As part of the GEMS Founders School Dubai South (GFD) community, I believe that children should always be at the heart of everything we do. Education is about unlocking potential, building confidence, and providing every learner with the opportunities and support they need to succeed.
