
Lindsey Kidd
Head of Primary
Lindsey Kidd is an experienced educational leader with over 18 years of senior leadership experience across primary schools in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. She brings a wealth of expertise in school improvement, curriculum development, teaching and learning, safeguarding, assessment, and staff development.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has held a range of leadership roles, including serving as a Headteacher in the UK and, most recently, as Deputy Headteacher at one of Dubai's largest primary schools. In this role, she led teaching and learning across more than 100 classes, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic school improvement and ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Lindsey holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), a NASENCO qualification, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree. She is deeply committed to creating inclusive, high-performing learning environments where every child is empowered to achieve their full potential and where staff and families work together to support student success.
