Shipra Yadav

Shipra Yadav is an educationist with over 14 years of experience, dedicated to creating inspiring and nurturing learning environments. Originally from India, her journey in education has been fuelled by a passion for empowering students to become confident, creative, and compassionate individuals ready to thrive in a global society.

Her career has centred around fostering 21st-century skills and real-world learning experiences. At GEMS Founders School, Dubai (GFS), she focused on developing students’ moral, social, and cultural understanding through engaging, hands-on projects that emphasise digital innovation and leadership. She has been honoured to receive awards for her work, including the International and Innovative Educator accolades from IRO2 and Green Thinkers in 2021 and 2023. Now at GFD, Shipra is excited to continue driving student development, overseeing both student leadership and the integration of moral values with modern educational practices. Beyond her professional life, she is passionate about photography, travel, and finding new ways to inspire young minds.
