
Natasha Campbell
Assistant Head teacher – Teaching and Learning
Natasha Campbell is the Whole School Teaching and Learning Lead at GEMS Founders School – Dubai South. With over seven years of international experience across three continents, she brings a wealth of expertise in educational leadership, curriculum development, and teacher professional growth.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL), the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), and is currently completing a Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
Throughout her career, Natasha has taught English across both the British Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). She is passionate about developing teaching excellence and has extensive experience mentoring and coaching educators at every stage of their careers. Her work includes supporting teachers undertaking PGCEi and QTS programmes, as well as providing guidance in effective behaviour management and instructional practice for both early career and experienced teachers.
At GEMS Founders School – Dubai South, Natasha is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences that enable every student to thrive.
Outside of school, Natasha enjoys reading thriller novels while relaxing with a good cup of coffee.
